[Her head is pounding and her ears are ringing when she wakes up. Blearily blinking, she groans in protest and braces both of her hands against the side of her head. Slowly, she moves to sit up. Her eyes are both open by that point, making it easy to spot Eddie over on the couch.]

[She sounds amazed by that fact, and the corner of her mouth curls upward in a smile.]

[Because she's pretty much feeling like shit. And typically, she'd offer to run the shower so they can both get in, but she's pretty sure he politely declined her advances last night. Everything's a little hazy now, but she thinks she distinctly remembers pouting as he slipped her out of his lap.]
